We offer our customers application support for Teamcenter and NX applications.

There are two different service packages available:



Monthly package

  • Three different monthly support volumes are available (30 hours, 60 hours, 90 hours)
  • Guaranteed availability from Monday to Friday from 8:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.
  • Guaranteed response time of no more than one hour
  • Minimum term of three months


Yearly package

  • Ideal when support requirements vary over the course of a year
  • Makes sense during operational phases with everyday problems, with ongoing design tasks without major changes, for safeguarding users when they need assistance
  • Three different yearly support volumes are available (20 hours, 40 hours, 60 hours)
  • Guaranteed availability from Monday to Friday from 8:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.
  • Guaranteed response time of no more than four hours
  • Minimum term of one year

Advantages:

  • Support capacities are reserved
  • Usually able to work with the same contact persons at Majotech
  • This ensures familiarity with the customer and their processes
  • Generally one day of support on site per month (optional)

  • High degree of flexibility thanks to support when needed
  • Smaller investment suits restricted budgets and requirements whose timing is unpredictable
  • Verification of actual requirements with a minimal investment

Migration

Do you have CAD data that needs to be converted into a different format?

We get your data in shape for the OEMs. Regardless of whether you wish to create your data in an OEM system or are using your own systems and need to subsequently convert the data for OEM systems, we have the right concept for practically any situation.
Thanks to the fact that we are in
close contact with software providers and OEMs, we are able to help you supply the necessary data in the requested quality as quickly as possible.
Here are some of our most popular solutions – naturally we will also be happy to develop solutions tailored to your specific situation:

  • Installation and maintenance of OEM-specific CAD systems such as CATIA V5 or NX and associated OEM environments, as well as with a direct connection when desired.
  • We can assist you in the creation and connection of your OEM-specific environment.
  • We see to it that your working environments are kept up to date and that you never miss an update.
